The area of project preparation plays a special role at Nießing Anlagenbau. We see ourselves as a partner on an equal level with our customers even before the planning of their projects.
Problem-solving starts with a qualified analysis before the optimal solution proposals for the customer are worked out in the course of further planning.
With its high engineering competence, Nießing offers optimal conditions to the customer, e.g. through 3D scans, investigation of the project environment by means of drones, as well as acoustic and vibration measurements.
Within the scope of planning, Nießing uses versatile visualization methods for possible weak point analysis. These include flow simulators and finite element calculations.
Predictive assembly planning is integrated into the design process from the very beginning, so that downtimes in the customer’s production are minimized.
Apart from the actual problem, we always focus on environmental protection aspects and the current standards in order to provide customers with sustainable economic solutions.
